Wisdom Property Development Co., Ltd., the developer of the Wisdom Valley project, has launched the Wisdom First Residence, a luxury single-detached house project located in Khao Mai Kaew, Chonburi. This 1,400-rai estate in a valley aims to meet the needs of modern living in three key areas: Live, Learn, and Lifestyle, creating a sustainable balance for life.

Mrs. Thaya Tipasuwan, Chief Executive Officer of Wisdom Property Development Co., Ltd., announced that the company is extending its investment in the luxury residential project “Wisdom Valley” with the introduction of the new “Wisdom First Residence,” with a total project value of 10 billion baht and comprising 300 units.

 

In the second half of 2024, the development of Wisdom First Residence will begin with the first phase, consisting of 47 units on 28 rai of land, along with an additional 22 rai for the clubhouse, with a project value of 1.2 billion baht. The houses will feature a Mid-Century design, with the renowned architectural firm A49 as the designer.

  2. Elegance Model: 415 sq.m. of usable space, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 guest restroom, parking for 3 cars, and an EV charging station, priced at 25.7 million baht.
  3. Timeless Model: 511 sq.m. of usable space, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 guest restroom, 1 multipurpose room, parking for 3 cars, and an EV charging station, priced at 29.8 million baht.
