City Dynamic Co., Ltd. — a joint venture between City Realty and Swire Properties — has announced a strategic collaboration with Swire Hotels to bring the globally renowned hotel brand Upper House to Bangkok via two branded residences: Upper House Residences Bangkok, the world’s first Upper House branded residences, and The Wireless Residences by Upper House, luxury residences with premium services under the Upper House brand.
Both projects are freehold and located on Wireless Road, offering panoramic views over Lumpini Park and Benjakiti Park, and situated in a prime area surrounded by leading shopping malls, five‑star hotels, international schools, and key embassies.
