EDC Thailand 2026, the world-renowned electronic dance music festival, concluded successfully, with Romphop Property Public Company Limited (TITLE), a subsidiary of AssetWise (ASW), celebrating the brand’s international success through the creation of “Binary Beach”—a landmark leisure zone delivering a unique Leisure Lifestyle experience to ravers and EDM fans from around the world who attended the festival in large numbers throughout all three days.

Mr. Drong Hutajuta, Chief Executive Officer of Romphop Property Public Company Limited (TITLE), a member of AssetWise (ASW) and a developer of Leisure Residences for sustainable living and investment, said that serving as an Official Sponsor of EDC Thailand for the second consecutive year marked a significant milestone in reinforcing TITLE’s role in supporting Phuket’s transformation into a world-class destination—spanning music, tourism, and lifestyle.
This year, TITLE presented its “Leisure Lifestyle” concept through the Binary Beach zone, seamlessly blending music, art, and Phuket’s cultural identity. The zone quickly became one of the most popular areas of the festival, attracting large crowds both day and night throughout the event.
Binary Beach was designed to offer global festivalgoers a fresh definition of relaxation within a world-class festival atmosphere. One of the key highlights was the Mini Tropical Stage, which showcased a modern twist on “Mor Lam Zing” performances by leading Thai DJs. The energetic and immersive performances drew continuous crowds to dance and celebrate together, with the area in front of the stage remaining packed well into the night—creating a vibrant energy distinct from other stages at the festival.
Another popular attraction was the Ya-Dong Bar, featuring four signature drinks curated by TITLE. Festivalgoers queued to experience contemporary interpretations of local Thai flavors and cultural stories. Meanwhile, the Workshop Zone, offering traditional Thai herbal inhaler-making activities, allowed participants to engage creatively with Thai wisdom in a modern format. The Wellness Area, featuring ice bath immersion and relaxation massage sessions, also became a favored retreat for physical recovery and rejuvenation between performances.
