Pattaya City Mayor Poramet Ngampichet presided over the grand opening of TN Café & Bistro, a newly launched café–bistro located within the Again Pattaya project. He was welcomed by Bundit Thirasathian, the establishment’s managing executive, who guided guests through the venue showcasing its contemporary Mediterranean design infused with distinctive Indian–Lebanese influences—from its color palette and décor to its culinary concept. The ceremony was graced by numerous distinguished guests, including Warrant Officer, Chanyut Yangpreeda, Advisor to the Chairman of the Tourism Committee of the House of Representatives, along with members of the Pattaya City Mayor’s working team.

The two-story venue accommodates approximately 120 guests and features a live music stage and a stylish beverage bar adorned with emerald-patterned stone and brass accents, creating an elevated ambiance inspired by modern European bistro aesthetics. During the daytime, the café serves food, drinks, coffee, and brunch from 08:00–17:00, while the evening transforms the space into a relaxed social venue offering live jazz, soul, and R&B performances, with service continuing until 02:00 am.

TN Café & Bistro’s culinary program stands out with its Mediterranean–Arabian Fusion concept, reflecting meticulous attention to marination techniques and the selection of premium spices. Signature dishes include:
– Special-recipe grilled beef marinated for over 4 hours with yogurt, Arabic powder, and Middle Eastern spices
– Homemade sun-dried pork featuring the café’s unique flavor profile
– Uzbek-style chicken fat pilaf, celebrated for its fragrant spice blends and buttery aroma
