The kitchen is run by Executive Chef Bryan, who takes advantage of Phuket’s best and freshest ingredients, by bringing them from soil to table. If you are looking for a place for drinking, mingling, and BBQ, Bay Grill is a great choice to enjoy an array of local cuts of meat & seafood cooked over red-hot coals to be shared with friends and served next to the sparkling waters of Blue Tree Lagoon.
