The developers of MontAzure, the upscale residential resort community on the west coast of Phuket gathered in Kamala with the joint venture partners to celebrate the completion of the main structure at its unique beachfront condominium development, Twinpalms Residences MontAzure.

MontAzure is a luxury resort development covering more than 180 acres of prime beachfront to hillside land on Phuket’s central west coast at Kamala beach.

The Estates and Twinpalms Residences MontAzure represent the first phase in the MontAzure community. The community covers 454 rai of hillside to beachfront terrain close to Phuket’s famed ‘Millionaire’s Mile’, located among Phuket’s most prestigious west coast addresses on Kamala beach.

 

 

The designer behind some of Asia’s most refined luxury landmarks was engaged to create Twinpalms Residences MontAzure that comprises 75 exclusive units located directly on a 100-metre frontage of stunning Kamala beach.

Of these, 13 expansive properties are set on extremely generous land plots. They are nestled within a lush, natural amphitheater of forest-cloaked hills that slope down to a pristine stretch of beach on the Andaman Sea.

 

 

 

Twinpalms Residences MontAzure will be managed and operated by Twinpalms Group to offer owners a combination of hotel-driven yields, capital appreciation and personal usage time. Entry-level units start from Bt15.5m (US$ 489,000) and more than 70% of the project has already sold out with prices expected to rise significantly on completion.

“We are delighted to reach this construction milestone on schedule,” said MontAzure executive director Setthaphol Boottho. “The construction team is pushing ahead with fit-out of the M&E and interiors, and we are confident the entire project will be finished before the end of 2018.”

To mark the milestone achievement, MontAzure is offering buyers a guaranteed return on investment for three years on selected units, as well as free furniture packages worth up to Bt2m (US$64,000).
