Show residences on Wireless Road bring Upper House’s design to residential living

The first Upper House Residences are now available to view by private appointment at the Upper House Residences Lounge on Wireless Road, Bangkok.

Upper House Residences Bangkok and The Wireless Residences by Upper House are developed by City Dynamic, a joint venture between City Realty and Swire Properties. Together they bring Upper House’s thoughtful design and personal, unscripted service into residential living for the first time. Like every Upper House, the residences reflect the same philosophy while developing their own distinct character, shaped by the residents, its people and the place. Residents will also enjoy a curated lifestyle experience, with wellness offerings and tailored programmes designed around their individual needs and interests.

This follows the announcement on 15 September that Upper House Hong Kong has once again been named among the Top 10 of The 50 Best Hotels, ranking No. 8 in 2026 and securing its place on the list for a fourth consecutive year. The achievement was further reinforced on 18 September, when Upper House Hong Kong was awarded Two MICHELIN Keys, while Upper House Chengdu and Upper House Shanghai each received One MICHELIN Key for 2026. Together, these accolades reflect the growing global recognition of the Upper House brand and its distinctive approach to hospitality across its Houses in Asia, while allowing each House to express the distinct spirit of its respective city.

Upper House Residences Bangkok and The Wireless Residences by Upper House form one development on a rare freehold site on Wireless Road, with views across the Bangkok skyline, Lumphini Park and Benjakitti Park. The development comprises two residential towers. Upper House Residences Bangkok is 52 storeys with 156 residences, interiors by BAR Studio and wellness programmes developed by GOCO. The Wireless Residences by Upper House is 71 storeys with 239 residences, interiors by PIA Interior and spaces designed around multi-generational living.

Across the residences, owners will be supported by a Residence Manager and services including a 24-hour concierge, security, porter, valet parking and technical assistance. A range of à la carte services will enhance daily living, tailored to each resident rather than delivered through a fixed programme. These include personal training, wellness consultations, private tutoring, childcare, elderly companion care, pet care, housekeeping, travel curation, private dining and event planning.

Wellbeing is integrated into the residential experience through dedicated fitness and movement studios, treatment rooms, thermal experiences, sky pools and private social spaces, supporting restoration as part of everyday living.

To introduce the Upper House experience, Upper House Residences hosted “An Evening at Upper House” at the Upper House Residences Lounge on Wireless Road. Guests explored the show residences and discovered the ideas, architecture and interiors behind the project.

The evening included a vegetarian menu by Chef Steven of Mi Xun Teahouse at Upper House Chengdu, recipient of one MICHELIN Star and Chengdu’s first MICHELIN Green Star, alongside signature drinks from House Bar.

Upper House Residences Bangkok is scheduled for completion in 2030, followed by The Wireless Residences by Upper House in 2031.
