WHA Corporation Limited (Public) (WHA Group) has announced its business direction and goals for 2025, focusing on strong growth in five key business sectors. These include the newly established WHA Mobility, which is forecasted to continue generating high profits in 2024 with projected total revenue and profit-sharing of 14.4 billion baht, an EBITDA margin of over 55%, and a net debt-to-equity ratio of less than 1.2 times. The group aims to achieve a total revenue target of 150 billion baht over the next five years. Their primary strategy is to expand their leadership in logistics development, comprehensive green logistics solutions, industrial estates, utilities and energy, and digital solutions, using innovation and comprehensive technology to drive growth. WHA Group aims to become a tech-driven organization while leveraging its capabilities for growth in the ASEAN region and progressing toward becoming a high-performance organization in all aspects, in line with its mission “WHA: We Shape the Future.”
Operational Plan for 2025
WHA Group anticipates generating over 20 billion baht in revenue and profit-sharing in 2025, maintaining an EBITDA margin of over 45%. For the 5-year plan (2025-2029), WHA Group is preparing for business expansion and long-term sustainability, with an investment budget of 119 billion baht. The goal is to grow revenue approximately 2.9 times from 2024 and maintain a net debt-to-equity ratio of less than 1.2 times.

Business Direction for 2025
WHA Group will continue to operate based on four key strategies:

Logistics Business
In 2024, the logistics business will experience significant growth, with a total area of 3,109,000 square meters and new projects totaling 167,000 square meters. For 2025, the company plans to expand its growth in both Thailand and internationally, particularly in Vietnam.
- In Thailand, WHA Group aims to expand in strategic locations such as Bangkok, the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), and secondary cities, with major expansion projects including WHA Mega Logistics Center Chonlapratchit Km.4 Phase 2, WHA Mega Logistics Center Theparak Km.21 Phase 3, and WHA Mega Logistics Center Bangna-Trad Km.23 Inbound, covering more than 380,000 square meters.
- In Vietnam, the focus is on high-growth industries such as e-commerce, consumer goods, and export-oriented manufacturing. WHA has already completed its first logistics warehouse project in Vietnam, covering 37,000 square meters, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the local government of Thanh Hoa to develop a 300-acre logistics project.
For the company’s logistics arm, WHA GC Logistics Co., Ltd. (WGCL) is transitioning from a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics Provider) to a 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics Provider), using the combined strengths and expertise of WHA and GC to provide added value in logistics services.
Mobility Business
WHA Group launched its first comprehensive green logistics solution in Thailand under the brand Mobilix in 2024. This service includes three main offerings:
- EV Rental Service: A complete EV rental service.
- EV Charging Solutions: Providing EV charging stations for personal and commercial electric vehicles.
- Mobilix Software Solution: A digital platform for managing EVs and batteries.
In 2024, Mobilix achieved strong growth with 318 electric vehicles (EVs) in service and strategic partnerships with leading EV technology companies such as Voltality, EVMe, Grab, and SHARGE. Mobilix aims to expand its fleet to 20,000 EVs in the next five years and projects over 1,700 EVs to be in service by 2025.
Industrial Estate Business
In 2024, WHA Group recorded land sales of 2,565 rai, with 2,453 rai in Thailand and 112 rai in Vietnam. Notable clients included Google, which signed a land purchase agreement for its first data center in Thailand, and Haier, which is building a new air conditioning factory. By the end of 2024, WHA Group operated 15 industrial estates, including 14 in Thailand and 1 in Vietnam.
For 2025, WHA Group aims to maintain its leadership in Thailand and expand its business in Vietnam. The target for land sales in 2025 is 2,350 rai across both countries, focusing on attracting foreign investors in target industries such as automotive, electronics, and high-tech industries.
Utilities (Water) Business
In 2024, WHA Group sold 166 million cubic meters of water and wastewater treatment services. For 2025, the company will focus on expanding its water resources in line with the growth of industrial estates, increasing value-added water production, and exploring new opportunities in areas outside WHA industrial estates. The company also aims to continue developing Smart Water Solutions to increase efficiency and reduce water loss.
Energy Business
In 2024, WHA Group achieved a total signed power generation capacity of 965 MW, with 437 MW coming from clean energy. In 2025, the company will continue its investment in renewable energy both domestically and internationally, particularly in solar rooftop projects, feed-in-tariff renewable energy generation, and Direct PPA projects.
Digital Business
In 2024, WHA Group successfully advanced its digital transformation to become a technology-driven organization. For 2025, WHA Digital will continue to strengthen the various business units within WHA Group by leveraging technology and innovation, including AI and IoT.
WHA Group is committed to reducing environmental impacts and creating value for society, aiming to achieve sustainable development goals by 2030. This includes increasing the number of EVs to 20,000, increasing renewable energy capacity to 1,200 MW, reducing water consumption by 25 million cubic meters annually, and achieving zero waste management.
