Nobu Bangkok, the world’s highest Nobu restaurant, has officially opened Nobu Bar on the 57th floor of A-Ya Rooftop at The Empire in the heart of Bangkok. The launch marks a new chapter in the city’s elevated social scene, introducing the bar’s debut signature series, “Sound & Sensation” – an immersive experience that brings together music, signature cocktails and the distinctive atmosphere of Nobu.
Located on the 57th floor, Nobu Bar represents another milestone in the evolution of the Nobu Bangkok experience, extending the destination beyond dining and into vibrant evenings above the city. From sunset through to late evening, the bar offers a sophisticated yet welcoming setting for socialising, enjoying signature cocktails and listening to carefully curated music, all against a panoramic backdrop of Bangkok’s skyline.
Every Friday and Saturday, the atmosphere is further enhanced by a line-up of DJs, whose sets shape the mood and rhythm of the evening, evolving as the night unfolds.
The “Sensation” element is expressed through an exclusive collection of 10 signature cocktails, created specifically for Nobu Bar. Reimagining classic cocktails through contemporary techniques and creative interpretation, each creation is designed to evoke a distinct mood and emotion through five thematic chapters: Ground (Presence), Awaken (Curiosity), Ember (Intensity), Bloom (Connection) and Echo (Reflection).
Each cocktail features its own distinctive flavour profile, texture and character, while reflecting the concept of balance through carefully selected ingredients, Japanese influences and contemporary mixology techniques. More than a tasting experience, each drink is designed to leave a lasting impression that lingers beyond the final sip.

Opening Hours and Reservations
Nobu Bangkok is conveniently accessible via a direct connection to BTS Chong Nonsi Station (Exit 5). The restaurant serves lunch from Monday to Friday, 11.30am–2.00pm, and dinner daily from 5.00pm to midnight.
Meanwhile, Nobu Bar, located on the 57th floor, and the rooftop bar are open daily from 5.00pm to midnight, serving signature cocktails against panoramic views of Bangkok.
