After much anticipation, the third season of The White Lotus by HBO® Original, created by Mike White, has officially announced three Anantara resorts in Thailand as filming locations for this Emmy®-winning series.
According to a press release from Warner Bros. Discovery, three Anantara resorts were named as primary filming locations for The White Lotus Thailand: Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort, Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas, and Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort.
Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort: Tropical Paradise Scenes
Several locations within Anantara Bophut are featured as key scenes in The White Lotus Thailand. These include the unique Thai-style lobby, the charming entrance guarded by trees, the staff parking area, and the resort’s jewelry shop. Anantara Bophut is set amidst lush greenery, once a coconut plantation, with a stunning garden featuring lotus ponds and expansive areas within the spa. Designed by renowned architect Bill Bensley, the resort combines architecture inspired by the southern Thai cultural heritage, offering a true Thai hospitality experience in the peaceful setting of Koh Samui.
Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort: Singing Bird Lounge Bar Scenes
