The president of Thai-Chinese Cultural Relationship Council, Mr. Pinit Jarusombat, witnessed the signing of a cooperative agreement for “Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya” between Lunik Real Estate, led by Ms. Lu Meng, Managing Director, and Banyan Tree Group, led by Mr. Ho Kwon Ping, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Ms. Claire Chiang, Senior Vice President, Banyan Tree Holdings, at Banyan Tree Hotel, Bangkok, on 15 February 2021.

Lunik Real Estate is a joint venture company between Thai and Chinese businessmen with a view to developing Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya, a real estate project in Jomtien, Pattaya. The branded residential project comprises a 60-storey tower and a 31-storey tower, totalling 899 units. The 4,500-million-baht project is equipped with full facilities managed by Skypark, an affiliate of the world-class Banyan Tree hospitality group.

The investment chalked up another success for Thai-Chinese Business Forum 2009, organised by Mr. Pinit Jarusombat and Mr. Lu Junquing, President of ToJoy Holding Group, with the purpose of inviting Chinese businessmen to invest in Thailand.

Though the Covid-19 pandemic is not yet over, investors from Thailand, The People’s Republic of China, and Singapore, remain confident in the outlook for the Thai economy.
