During the exhibition, Chery Automobile also outlined its global business achievements and future strategy. The company continues to expand internationally, targeting operations in 40 additional countries while strengthening its global ecosystem with eight Global R&D centers and more than 30 manufacturing facilities worldwide.
Chery is also expanding its distribution and service network, aiming to establish over 2,000 dealerships and more than 1,800 service centers globally. In line with its long-term vision, the company targets serving 10 million families worldwide by 2030.
Jeff Zhang, CEO of CHERY Brand International, stated: “Every innovation at CHERY is inspired by our commitment to creating vehicles ‘For Family.’ This philosophy has always guided our mission to deliver safe, high-quality mobility solutions for families around the world. As we continue expanding globally, we remain focused on strengthening our production, distribution, and service networks in each market to enhance customer experience and accelerate CHERY’s international growth.”
He also highlighted a major milestone achieved in June 2025, when Chery surpassed five million vehicle exports, becoming the first Chinese automotive brand to reach this achievement.
TIGGO V: A Scenario-Driven Versatile SUV
One of the highlights at the exhibition was the TIGGO V, a versatile SUV developed under a scenario-driven design concept. As the first model in the TIGGO family to offer adaptable functionality, it is designed to meet the diverse needs of modern families around the world.
The model features CSH (Chery Super Hybrid) technology, combining strong performance with excellent fuel efficiency. TIGGO V reflects three key values:
• Versatility – blending the robustness of an SUV, the comfort of an MPV, and the flexibility of a pickup or camping vehicle
• Value – delivering practicality and comfort for family lifestyles
• Victory – symbolizing a reliable companion that supports families on every journey toward their goals

The vehicle supports three usage modes tailored to different lifestyles:
SUV Mode – Tiger-Inspired Design with Advanced Safety
The vehicle features a tiger-inspired exterior design, highlighted by a V-shaped grille and LED headlights shaped like tiger claws. The body structure is made of 76% high-strength steel and aluminum, complemented by advanced ADAS technologies, including Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), and Automated Parking Assist.
MPV Mode – Spacious Three-Row Interior
Designed for family comfort, the TIGGO V offers three-row seating for seven passengers. The seats can be adjusted and folded into Bed Mode, while the cabin provides 42 storage compartments. A three-zone climate control system with an N95 air filtration system enhances comfort and air quality during travel.
PUP Mode – Flexible Cargo and Outdoor Utility
The rear structure can be modified for expanded cargo capacity, supporting both lifestyle and commercial uses. It is compatible with outdoor accessories such as roof tents, in-vehicle refrigerators, and additional cargo equipment, making it ideal for camping and adventure travel.
In terms of performance, the TIGGO V offers strong efficiency with the PHEV variant consuming approximately 6 L/100 km, while the conventional powertrain achieves 7.84 L/100 km. With 220 mm ground clearance, 700 mm water wading capability, and the ability to climb slopes of up to 30 degrees, the vehicle is engineered for both urban and off-road driving conditions.

V27: A New Energy Off-Road SUV
Chery also unveiled the right-hand-drive V27, a boxy-style electric SUV designed under the concept of a “New Energy Off-road SUV.” The model blends classic off-road design with modern technology, targeting markets where right-hand-drive vehicles are in high demand, particularly Southeast Asia and Oceania.
The V27 is equipped with REEV (Range-Extender Electric Vehicle) technology, available in both two-wheel and four-wheel drive configurations. The SUV measures 5,055 mm in length with a 2,910 mm wheelbase, offering a spacious and comfortable cabin.
The vehicle provides 220 mm ground clearance and can wade through water up to 600 mm deep, making it suitable for both city driving and off-road conditions.
In terms of range, the V27 can travel over 1,200 kilometers (CLTC) in total range and up to 200 kilometers in pure electric mode. The model also features NVH optimization, significantly reducing noise and vibration to provide a smoother and quieter cabin experience.
With safety standards aligned with CNCAP and Euro NCAP, the V27 represents a global flagship model that reflects Chery’s capabilities and vision in developing next-generation new-energy vehicles.

CHERY Q: Smart Electric Mobility for the New Generation
Another highlight at the exhibition was the CHERY Q, an electric vehicle designed to offer the most complete value in its segment. With a compact size, modern styling, and a comprehensive set of convenience and safety features, the model is designed to meet the lifestyle needs of younger drivers and urban mobility users.
Jim Li, Executive Director of CHERY Thailand, said:

It also reflects the growing strength of the brand in Thailand and internationally. Strengthening Global Presence
Chery’s participation in Auto China 2026 highlights the brand’s growing global strength as a Chinese automotive manufacturer operating in more than 120 countries worldwide.
As part of the event, Chery Thailand invited Thai media representatives and winners of the ‘Chery V23 Style Up Challenge’ design campaign to attend the exhibition and visit Chery’s manufacturing facilities in Wuhu, China. The delegation also toured the Longshan Crash Test Center, where safety testing for models including TIGGO 7, TIGGO 8, and TIGGO 9 takes place.
The visit demonstrated Chery’s commitment to international safety standards and technological innovation, reinforcing the company’s vision of delivering “mobility for the future” that meets evolving consumer needs in every dimension.
