Central Pattana (CPN) plans to launch a 1.85-billion-baht mixed housing project targeting younger generations.

Central Pattana is preparing to bring its promising single house project, NIRATI Donmueang, to the vast Thai market, expecting to launch it during this quarter.

Focusing on urban life, this horizontal residential project is valued at 1,850 million baht and targets young generations with high net worth seeking modern and inspiring spaces.

Pre-sale prices ranging from 4.29 to 12 million baht.

Located in the Don Mueang-Vibhavadi area, the 45-rai Nirati Donmueang project features 262 units of single houses, twin houses and townhouses.

It is one of several projects born under the NIRATI brand, offering modern tropical houses with lush landscaping to inspire younger buyers in Thailand and beyond.

CPN wants to develop horizontal and vertical real estate projects in its effort to become a leader in mixed-us035e projects, combining shopping centres and residential.

Following NIRATI Bangna and NIRATI Chiangrai, NIRATI Donmueang has a total area of 45-3-68.5 rai, which includes two-story single and twin houses with 180-227 square meters of usable area and 2.5-story townhomes with 143 square meters of usable area.

The residential community facilities include a tropical-inspired clubhouse that allows residents to reconnect with nature, a saltwater swimming pool, a children’s play area, a gym, a creatively designed basketball court, and its main nature-focused park.

Moreover, Central Pattana offers some long-term benefits for both those who live in its projects and those who hope to invest in them.

“The company provides a CRM (customer relationship management) program allowing residents to enjoy numerous benefits from the Central Group and The 1,” Flight Lieutenant Kree Dejchai, executive vice-president of residential business of Central Pattana, said.

The real estate firm has successfully launched other similar projects in the past, including PHYLL Phahol 34, an eight-story low-rise condominium project with 358 units located only 20 meters from the Sena Nikhom station on the BTS green line.

It has also presented the NINYA Kanlapaphruek, a modern tropical twin home project adjacent to Kanlapaphruek Road, and the Niyham Boromratchachonnani, a contemporary, classic and luxury 71-unit single home project.
