Proudly they present a one-time Wine Dinner event that will bring together the flavours and notes of New Zealand and the food of Coast Beach Club and Bistro Pattaya.
The evening’s host will be Miss Sophie McLernon, Brand Ambassador for Astrolabe Wines, with special guest Jane Forrest-Waghorn, Owner and Managing Director of Astrolabe Wines.
Seating is limited for this culinary journey, which will take place on the evening of Wednesday 8th May, 7:00 pm at Coast Beach Club and Bistro Pattaya.
The menu for the night promises a diverse combination of coastal cuisine which highlight the fresh and flavourful ingredients that makes Coast a favourite dining destination for travelers globally.
Begining with a Thai Rubbed Snapper with a Slaw of Greens, adorned with a Chili Lime dressing, paired with Durvillea Marlbough Sauvignon Blanc 2017. Next is Grilled Black & Blue Tuna Tacos with a Chipotle Mango Salsa, matched with Durvillea Marlbough Pinot Gris 2017, which is followed by Herb Crusted Lamb, Wild Mushroom & Bacon Risotto, Wilted Spinach Cherry Vinaigrette and Astrolabe Pinot Noir 2015 , The finale is a Fig and Goat Cheese Popsicle accompanied by Durvillea Marlborough Rose 2017.
