Emirates has officially launched its brand-new Emirates World sales office in the heart of Bangkok, unveiling a premium, lounge-style space designed to elevate the customer experience. The new office features exclusive Emirates-branded merchandise and immersive virtual displays that allow visitors to explore the airline’s signature products up close. This launch reflects Emirates’ long-term commitment to Thailand and the growing demand for premium travel experiences across the region.

The grand opening was officiated by Adnan Kazim, Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates, and was attended by H.E. Obaid Saeed Obaid Bin Taresh Al Dhaheri, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Thailand; Suwong Thienthong, Minister of Tourism and Sports; ACM Manat Chuanprayu, Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand; and Charn Srivikorn, Chairman of Gaysorn Property Co., Ltd., alongside senior Emirates executives, distinguished guests, and members of the media.
This marks Emirates’ second major investment in Thailand within just a few months, following the opening of its premium lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport earlier this year. That lounge, developed with a budget of approximately THB 175 million (USD 5 million), is the airline’s largest outside of its home base at Dubai International Airport.
This latest investment aligns with Emirates’ strategic partnership with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), aimed at promoting tourism in Thailand through the airline’s extensive global network. Under this collaboration, both parties will work together on marketing and promotional initiatives to showcase Thailand as a leading global travel destination.

Adnan Kazim, Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates, said:
“The launch of the Emirates World sales office in Bangkok is a significant step forward in bringing us closer to our Thai customers. Bangkok remains one of our strongest routes in Southeast Asia, and this new concept enhances our personalized retail experience, bringing the spirit of Emirates directly to the city. We’re delighted to offer our top-tier products and services in a setting that allows customers to explore and plan their journeys with us in comfort and style.”
Located at Gaysorn Centre, a high-end retail and commercial hub in central Bangkok, the Emirates World sales office embodies the airline’s renowned luxury, travel expertise, and premium service. A key highlight is the Onboard Lounge zone, replicating the luxurious onboard lounge found on Emirates’ A380 aircraft. It also showcases the Premium Economy seat, which will be introduced on flights EK372/373 between Dubai and Bangkok starting July 2025.
Spanning over 250 square meters, the space is designed to reflect the open and airy aesthetic of Emirates’ aircraft interiors. The lounge-style layout features customer service counters staffed by Emirates travel consultants offering personalized assistance for flight bookings, ticketing, and travel information, along with curated recommendations for unique travel experiences across the airline’s global network.

Additional amenities include:
Self-service kiosks
Digital flight information boards
An interactive selfie mirror featuring stunning virtual travel backdrops
The Bangkok office is part of Emirates’ global retail expansion strategy, building on the success of similar offices in Hong Kong, Manila, Singapore, and other key cities. This network is setting a new standard for innovative travel retail across Southeast Asia.
Emirates has committed a USD 27 million investment over the next three years to expand its Emirates World sales offices in key global cities, aiming to deliver elevated, premium service experiences and connect more closely with travelers around the world.
