Small Bites

During our recent visit to Pebbles, we were delighted to discover some of the dishes on offer in the form of ‘Small Bites’ or ‘Welcome Cocktails’. Here, we were treated to three exquisite dishes that left us in awe. The Charcoaled Foie Gras in Mango Salad was simply sensational, the Blackened Prawns in a Tartar Sauce featuring fresh and succulent prawns, arrived in a captivating presentation and were delightfully surprising.

Another culinary gem that astounded us was the Bruschetta. The perfectly toasted bread had a delightful touch of sweetness.

Starter

The Nikkei cuisine inspired starter ‘Crudo-Ahi Tuna on Coconut “Leche de Tigre” was simple yet delightful a fresh flavour explosion that awoke all of your tastebuds. I can certainly understand why this is an Award-Winning Masterpiece (HELLO TASTE AWARDS 2024, Editors Choices).

Main

In Chef Marco’s innovative menu, the theme of vibrant hues truly comes to life, especially evident in the visually striking Snow Fish dish. The impeccably cooked fish is complemented by a vivid Saffron Risotto Sugar Peas, and Parma Ham.

For aficionados of red meat, the Grilled Black Angus Rib Eye is an absolute culinary gem not to be missed served with Charred Corn, Sweet Potato Shoestring and a Pepper Jus, full of decadent and robust flavours, another showstopper. Exceptionally soft, the ribeye is served alongside a Pepper Jus that enhanced the steak’s succulence. The Ember Grilled Prime Lamb Ribs were something special the luscious Mushroom Sauce added an extra layer of depth, and when paired with the Potato Pave and Spinach Pudding, each bite was a heavenly journey.

Dessert

For those with a sweet tooth, a visit to Pebbles is incomplete without indulging in their Coconut Crème Brûlée. This classic French dessert given a modern makeover – WOW! What’s not to love? Decadent and luxurious, Crème Brûlée topped with Strawberry’s, a glass crust glazed of caramelized sugar and a rich, velvety custard centre that had you melting with every bite.
