The Sands Condominium is on course to complete in a few months’ time. The building is finished and fitting out is in progress.
This represents good news, of course, for those who have bought there. Indeed, I think it represents good news for the Pattaya property scene all round.
The 27-storey, 284-unit development sits in the popular Pratumnak area, looking out over the Gulf of Siam from its prime location, Soi 5, perch and is just a short walk from the beach.
