The developers of The Coral Pattaya are Richly Field International Co., Ltd. a real estate company that develops House, Condos and Land and is managed by Mr. Chunchi Xia, a young Chinese national who is the CEO. Mr. Chunchi has over 20 years’ experience in real estate with companies and business in Melbourne Australia, China, Hong Kong, South Korea as well as wineries and golf courses in Australia.
