It is that time of the year to celebrate magical moments of ‘Pattaya International Fireworks Festival’ over Pattaya bay. Hilton Pattaya offers a number of choices of dining venue with an array of tempting cuisine and spectacular firework shows on Friday, May 24th and Saturday, May 25th, 2019.
Edge Restaurant brings you closer to the dazzling display while enjoying a sumptuous international dinner buffet. Highlights are include seafood on ice – oyster, New Zealand mussel, white prawn, whelk, caviar, grilled seafood – rock lobster, blue crab, seabass in banana leaf and also river prawn, selections of Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Western cuisine, live cooking station of Australian lamb chop, Australian beef, foie gras and pasta, homemade pizza, a variety of cold cut, terrine, cheese and bread together with dessert corners.
The buffet is priced at THB 2,400 per person for indoor seats and THB 2,800 per person for outdoor seats. Available from 6pm to 11pm at Edge Restaurant on level 14.
Celebrate on a unique private island with an unobstructed view of firework display. Drift Lobby Lounge & Bar on level 16 offers two exclusive island packages; THB 15,000 for small island for 4 people and THB 20,000 for large island for 6 people. Full beverage package and a sharing tower of Fine de Claire oyster together with an array of appetizers and desserts are included.
Limited islands available. In addition, ‘Hot Seats’ beverage package is also available at THB 2,200 nett per person from 6pm to 11pm. For those who are looking for a light meal, choices of a la carte menu are also available.
Wine and dine at our spectacular rooftop restaurant & bar, located on level 34. A wide selection of premium international buffet is provided with an unparalleled view of fireworks over Pattaya bay such as chilled seafood – Fine de Claire and Calm Cove oyster, slipper lobster, jumbo white prawn, blue crab, New Zealand mussel, fish roes, sushi & sashimi – Tuna, Hamachi, Salmon, Japanese scallop, octopus, Surf Clam, charcuterie corner, live cooking station of pasta and dessert corner.
Choices of made-to-order main dishes are available such as foie gras, duck leg, free range chicken, lamb chop, New York strip, Kurobuta pork, Cioppino, Canadian lobster, snow fish and grilled mixed seafood.
All together is priced at THB 3,500 nett per person and available from 6pm – 11pm. Beverage package is also available at THB 2,550 nett per person.
