Central Pattaya, get ready to see the adorable 12-meter Snoopy and the Peanuts kite, along with Thailand’s longest kite parade over 1 km, as part of the Summer Invitation campaign, from February 26 to March 2, 2025.
Reaffirming Pattaya’s status as a “World-Class Tourist City,” the festival will showcase more than 150 kites from five countries soaring in the sky, including an exclusive Spot Kite show featuring a variety of giant fancy kites by Thailand’s Thaitan Kite Team. Once again, the grand International Kite Festival will fill the skies over Pattaya Beach with a colorful display.
Central Pattana Public Company Limited, Thailand’s leading real estate developer for sustainability, and the management of Central Pattaya, in collaboration with Pattaya City, the Tourism Authority of Thailand Pattaya Office, Pattaya Business and Tourism Association, the Marine Department, and Thaitan Kite Team Thailand, are organizing the “Pattaya International Kite on the Beach 2025″ festival, welcoming the “Summer Invitation” campaign. The event will feature Thailand’s longest kite parade, stretching over 1 kilometer, from February 26 to March 2, 2025, at Central Pattaya Shopping Center, located right on Pattaya Beach.
This one-of-a-kind event will bring an impressive array of colorful kites to the skies, headlined by the adorable Snoopy and the Peanuts characters in kites over 12 meters in size, featuring Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and Woodstock. These giant kites will surely mesmerize both Thai and international visitors. In addition to the international kite parade, more than 150 kites will be on display, created by professional kite makers from five countries: Australia, Switzerland, France, Cambodia, Germany, and Thailand, transforming the sky into a vibrant spectacle. The event will be held from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a special Sport Kite show from Taiwan at 4:00 PM.
There will also be many exciting activities for visitors to enjoy this summer, including chic photo spots featuring Snoopy and kites scattered throughout the shopping center, as well as the Kite Food Market, offering over 50 street food vendors. Additionally, for Central X customers, there will be an exclusive Kite Painting Workshop with Snoopy designs, available for free when spending 3,000 baht or more at the shopping center (limited availability).
The “Pattaya International Kite on the Beach 2025” is one of Pattaya’s key festivals during the summer season, not only enhancing the city’s tourism but also stimulating the local economy and attracting both domestic and international tourists.
