This collaboration focuses on the research and development of low-carbon composite materials using Polylactic Acid (PLA), a plant-based biodegradable bioplastic, and Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate (rPET), a recyclable plastic. The project emphasizes enhancing the physical properties of these materials while ensuring they remain eco-friendly.

The initiative aligns with the principles of the Circular Economy, which promotes the efficient use of resources and their reuse, as well as the Bio Economy, which encourages the use of natural materials and green technologies to drive sustainable and balanced growth.

Mr. Nattavuth Tangkaravakoon Authorized Director Chief Executive Officer  stated: “This collaboration with Silpakorn University marks an important starting point for TOAVH in building knowledge and material innovations that can eventually be translated into commercial production. This initiative not only creates value for the company but also contributes to the growth of Thailand’s green economy in a balanced and sustainable manner.”
