Odin Hills, situated in the majestic mountains of Niseko, stands as a symbol of alpine luxury living, achieving a significant milestone with over 50% of the plots for residential development now sold. This strong market interest is further highlighted by the sale of 75% of the plots in Phases 1 & 2, underscoring the project’s exceptional appeal and quality. This vision to deliver an unprecedented alpine destination has been recognised most recently with the Robb Report Hong Kong’s “Best of the Best” 2026 award for Sophisticated Mountain Residences, a testament to its global standing.

Infrastructure for Phases 1, 2, and 3 is complete, setting the stage for the continued development of an Alpine design haven with the upcoming Odin Hills Clubhouse, scheduled to open in 2026. Designed by leading Japanese architect Keiji Ashizawa, the Clubhouse will be the true heart of the community, offering an exclusive sanctuary with a blend of natural sophistication and services and amenities for Odin Hills owners.

Every aspect, from the network of access roads to the provision of essential utilities, has been orchestrated to ensure an exceptional residential experience, including thoughtful landscaping which elevates the natural splendour of the surroundings within this unspoiled alpine setting.
Keiji Ashizawa Clubhouse Design: Alpine Luxury and Contemporary Wellness
Guided by Keiji Ashizawa’s “Honest Design” philosophy, the Odin Hills Clubhouse prioritises quality, transparency, and natural aesthetics. This ethos informs every material selection, celebrating their intrinsic beauty and contributing to a narrative of authentic alpine luxury. The Clubhouse is a harmonious fusion of functionality and aesthetics, where each element enhances the authenticity of the overall design.

The Clubhouse, exclusively for Odin Hills residents features an entire floor dedicated to wellness including thermal baths, authentic onsens, a swimming pool, spa, and a gym. Whilst, the upper floor provides a social haven for dining and conversation—all capitalizing on majestic Alpine views. This, combined with dedicated concierge services, will profoundly enhance the full realisation of the Odin Hills lifestyle and community.
A Design Masterpiece Curated by Starchitects

The vision for Odin Hills is brought to life by a collective of world-renowned architects. Pritzker Prize winner Shigeru Ban completed his first Hokkaido villa earlier this year. In addition to Keiji Ashizawa, distinguished architects such as Ryuya Umezama who worked closely with Kengo Kuma, and Ryue Nishizawa of SANAA, are contributing to the design focus of Odin Hills with ongoing design of contemporary villas for their respective owners.
By the end of the year, seven villas will be completed or under construction, with additional homes advancing through the design phase. Complementing this progress, thoughtfully landscaped walking trails now meander through the surrounding forests and beside the stream, providing owners with safe, immersive access to the pristine alpine environment during the warmer months.
Every aspect of Odin Hills, from its villas designed by world-renowned architects to its world-class Clubhouse and carefully preserved natural splendour, orchestrates an exceptional ownership experience within a true design haven and community.
