The project represents a significant expansion of Aman’s presence in the United States and marks the brand’s entry into the greater Los Angeles market.

Located at the prestigious intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard within Beverly Hills’ celebrated Golden Triangle, Aman Beverly Hills will occupy one of the most sought-after addresses in Southern California. The area is internationally recognized for its luxury retail, fine dining, and vibrant lifestyle offerings, making it a fitting setting for Aman’s next destination.

The development is being led by Cain International, in collaboration with global partners, and is valued at approximately US$2 billion, positioning it among the most significant luxury real estate projects ever undertaken in Beverly Hills.

At the heart of the project will be Aman Beverly Hills Hotel, an ultra-luxury property expected to feature approximately 78 guest suites, designed to reflect Aman’s philosophy of understated elegance, privacy, and tranquility. Complementing the hotel will be Aman Residences Beverly Hills, comprising approximately 138 branded residential units.
