At Ocean Club, the season unravels with a series of gastronomic celebrations. A Cut Above (Monday and Thursday) presents the finest cuts under the sunset sky. A Mediterranean Affair (every Sunday) transforms the beachfront into a vibrant celebration of coastal Mediterranean living, with a curated tasting journey featuring over 15 dishes inspired by the Amalfi Coast. Rosé by the Sea (every Saturday, 4–6 p.m., with live saxophone) is an effortlessly chic ritual of premium rosé wines, freshly shucked David Hervé No.2 Oysters, and Kaviari caviar. As the sun dips below the horizon, guests are invited to savour the moment to the sultry sounds of live saxophone, with golden skies and sweeping ocean views setting the scene for an unforgettable evening.
At Rice Market, the spotlight is on Vietnamese culinary heritage: A Symphony of Flavours seafood hotpot (Monday and Thursday), Flavours of Fire: The Great Vietnamese Grill Experience (Tuesday and Friday), Tide & Claw featuring Cà Mau crab (Wednesday), Harvests of the Floating Season, a refined celebration of Mùa Nước Nổi inspired by the Mekong Delta (Saturday), and Whispers of the Sea, a celebration of Phu Quoc rock lobster at its freshest (Sunday).
