Gourmet & Cuisine magazine celebrates its 27th anniversary with “Gourmet Foodie Fest 2026: Talad Chic – A Stylish Street Food Experience,” a vibrant food and lifestyle festival bringing together a diverse selection of culinary delights, including savoury dishes, desserts, bakery treats, beverages and lifestyle products, all under one roof.

Inspired by the concept of “Talad Chic,” the event reimagines the charm of street food through a contemporary lens, blending creativity with modern urban lifestyles. The event will feature a diverse selection of restaurants, desserts, beverages and lifestyle brands, alongside interactive activities designed to offer visitors a fun and creative culinary experience.

Free Workshops & Cooking Shows Throughout the Four-Day Festival

One of the event’s key highlights is a series of free workshops and cooking shows, giving visitors the opportunity to learn, get hands-on and explore the world of food in creative ways.

Activities include a Thai Dessert Workshop by Siri-Marie Thai Dessert Café, Veggie Bouquet Workshop, Salad Cup Workshop, Moo Sarong Workshop by Grape Seed Oil, and a Cooking Show featuring Fried Beef Steak with Gochujang Jaew Dipping Sauce by Grape Seed Oil, along with many other creative activities.

A Curated Selection of Savoury, Sweet and Beverage Delights

The festival brings together a wide variety of food and beverage vendors.

Happy Banana by chuchu baking presents its signature Banana Cake, featuring a soft and delicate texture packed with real bananas and a naturally balanced sweetness—perfect with coffee or your favourite beverage.

For refreshing drinks, Khong Aroi Fresh Brew offers Golden Blossom Aiyu, a homemade beverage made with real chrysanthemum flowers blended with the delicate aroma of osmanthus. Light and refreshing, it is an ideal choice while exploring the festival.
