The St. Regis Bangkok Unveils ‘Very Pastel Afternoon Tea,’ Celebrating the Flavours of Seasonal Berries Through Refined French Pastry Artistry
The St. Regis Bangkok introduces its new ‘Very Pastel Afternoon Tea’, inspired by the vibrant colours and delicate flavours of berries synonymous with the European summer. Created by Executive Pastry Chef Nina Sanda Win, the hotel’s Head Pastry Chef and a specialist in French-style desserts with experience at renowned establishments in France, the afternoon tea experience will be available from 1 August to 31 October 2026 at The Drawing Room.
A Taste of Europe’s Berry Season
Chef Nina brings the essence of the European berry season to the table through an elegant selection of sweet and savoury creations featuring the refreshing flavours of blueberries, cherries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries.
The experience begins with a refreshing berry and sencha green tea infusion, designed to awaken the palate before guests indulge in the carefully curated selection of savoury bites and French-inspired pastries.
Each creation is thoughtfully designed to capture the beauty of nature through a sophisticated pastel colour palette. Highlights include the Blueberry Mousse Cake, inspired by the hues of the morning sky; Matcha Roll Cake with Cherry, evoking lush green meadows; and Strawberry Tartelette, reflecting the vibrant colours of wildflowers.
The selection continues with Tiramisu, representing the richness of the earth, and a delicate Vanilla Cloud Cake, with a soft and airy texture reminiscent of clouds.
Freshly baked Blueberry Scones and Croissant Knots are served alongside Clotted Cream, Berries and Hibiscus Marmalade, and Blackberry Curd, offering the perfect complement to the sweet creations.
The savoury selection features refined bites including Butterfly Pea Cheese Mousse and Caviar Tartlet, Chicken Liver Pâté and Raspberry Macaron, and Green Pea Pesto Espuma with Shrimp and Mango Salad, adding a delicate balance of savoury flavours to the afternoon tea experience.

The ‘Very Pastel Afternoon Tea’ is available daily from 2:30–4:00 p.m. at The Drawing Room on the 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok.
