New THB 800 million Orthopedic Hospital combines eight specialist centres, advanced medical technology and personalised care under the philosophy “MOVE AT YOUR OWN PACE”.

EASE Orthopedic Hospital has officially opened in Pattaya, Chonburi, following an investment of THB 800 million. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Isara Charoenchasri, Deputy Governor of Chonburi Province, and attended by the Mayor of Pattaya City, the Bang Lamung District Chief and representatives from the public and private sectors.
The hospital aims to elevate specialist bone and joint care in Pattaya and across Thailand’s Eastern Region, serving local residents, expatriates living in the area and visitors. Its services bring together specialist medical teams across eight dedicated treatment centres, supported by advanced medical technology and a personalised approach to patient care.

EASE Orthopedic Hospital was established through the shared vision of Mr. Chalermpol Khonjam, Ms. Pornpana Rattanachet and Dr. Sukree Khumrak, with a commitment to developing comprehensive orthopaedic care spanning prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. The hospital combines medical standards with a service philosophy centred on each patient’s needs and experience, aiming to build confidence and trust throughout the care journey. Dr. Nopparuj Phacharakachanan serves as the hospital director.
Mr. Chalermpol Khonjam, Co-founder of EASE Orthopedic Hospital, said, “Pattaya is not simply a tourist destination; it is home to people with diverse lifestyles. We therefore set out to establish a hospital that can grow alongside the city and provide a place where everyone can confidently seek advice on bone and joint health. Our aim is to make good health an integral part of everyday life at every stage.”

Ms. Pornpana Rattanachet, Co-founder, highlighted the hospital’s personalised care philosophy, saying, “Good care begins with listening and understanding the individual needs of each patient. That is why we place importance on every aspect of the experience, from the welcome and the clear explanation of medical information and treatment options to ongoing follow-up care. We want patients to feel confident in making decisions together with their doctors, while building trust and peace of mind throughout their treatment journey.”
From a medical perspective, Dr. Sukree Khumrak, Co-founder and Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in hip and knee replacement surgery and sports medicine, said, “The foundation of effective treatment is an accurate diagnosis and the selection of an approach that is appropriate for each individual patient. Technology is a tool that supports precision, but the ultimate goal is to help patients return to their lives and the activities that matter to them.”

Eight Specialist Centres for Comprehensive Orthopaedic Care
EASE Orthopedic Hospital provides services through eight specialist centres:
- Hip and Knee Replacement Centre
- Spine Centre
- Sports Orthopaedics and Sports Science Centre
- Foot and Ankle Centre
- Hand and Wrist Centre
- Rehabilitation Medicine and Physiotherapy Centre
- Bone and Joint Health Assessment Centre
- Orthopaedic Trauma and Emergency Centre
Together, these centres provide a comprehensive continuum of care, from diagnostic assessments and non-surgical treatment to surgery when medically indicated and subsequent rehabilitation.
The hospital also incorporates the CORI Surgical robotic-assisted surgery system to support knee replacement procedures. The technology enables surgeons to plan operations, determine implant positioning and assess joint balance according to each patient’s individual anatomy and needs. Its use is determined by the surgeon’s assessment and appropriate medical indications.

Prevention and Rehabilitation for Better Mobility
Beyond treatment, the hospital places emphasis on preventive care through its CHECK STATION, which provides bone and joint health assessments. Rehabilitation services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team and cover post-operative recovery, support for people with mobility limitations, and preparation for returning to exercise or sports.
These services are designed to help patients improve their mobility and regain the ability to carry out daily activities in a way that is appropriate to their individual conditions and goals.
Guided by the philosophy “MOVE AT YOUR OWN PACE — Move Forward at Your Own Rhythm”, EASE aims to become a trusted partner in healthcare throughout every stage of life. Recognising that each person’s health journey is different, the hospital believes that every step towards living with greater confidence has its own value and meaning.
