The award-winning Italian restaurant at Shangri-La Bangkok invites guests to an exclusive culinary experience inspired by the iconic seaside destination of Nerano, from 15 December 2026 to 15 January 2027.

Volti Tuscan Grill & Bar is bringing the allure of the Amalfi Coast to Bangkok with an exclusive restaurant pop-up featuring Conca del Sogno, the legendary Italian dining destination nestled along the coast of Nerano. Taking place at Shangri-La Bangkok from 15 December 2026 to 15 January 2027, the collaboration will present a distinctive dining experience inspired by Southern Italian cuisine, warm hospitality and the vibrant beach-club atmosphere that has made Conca del Sogno a celebrated destination.

Set within a secluded bay on Recommone Beach in Nerano, Conca del Sogno is renowned for its turquoise waters, lively dining atmosphere and irresistible Mediterranean charm. A favourite among yacht travellers navigating between Capri and Positano, the restaurant has welcomed an international clientele of artists, actors, athletes and prominent business figures, all drawn to its effortless blend of understated luxury, relaxation and conviviality.

Behind the restaurant’s idyllic setting lies a rich family story dating back to 1961. What began as a modest Italian trattoria has evolved into an exclusive seafood restaurant, beach club and boutique hotel, while retaining its family-owned identity and hands-on approach to hospitality. Traditional recipes from Italy’s Campania region, passed down through the Tizzani family, together with an enduring commitment to sourcing the freshest ingredients, remain at the heart of Conca del Sogno’s culinary identity.

For this special collaboration, Volti will bring this treasured culinary heritage to the banks of the Chao Phraya River, presenting an elegant riverside dining experience centred on seafood and seasonal ingredients.

Throughout the limited-time pop-up, guests can enjoy a specially curated selection of Conca del Sogno’s signature dishes, including Spaghetti alla Nerano, Branzino Baked in Salt, Linguine with Lobster and Pistachio Profiteroles, complemented by the restaurant’s signature cocktail, Sgroppino.

The collaboration will also feature memorable evenings of music, incorporating the distinctive Sgroppino serving ritual that has become synonymous with Conca del Sogno. Designed to capture the spirit and lively atmosphere of its celebrated beach club, the experience will bring an added sense of occasion to the dining journey.
