Pong Pittaya Property, a leading property developer from Buriram, is expanding its customer base to Pattaya City.

It has introduced a private housing estate, Grand Valley Pattaya, on a golden location, and 50% of its available houses have been sold. The company is now gearing up for the second phase of the project that emphasises customers’ relaxation while government projects are increasing the value of the project site.

Mrs. Parada Pitayapron, managing director of KAP Group’s two-decade-old Pong Pittaya Property, said “the company has been developing the 500-million-baht Grand Valley Pattaya project in Sattahip district, Chon Buri, since 2013. The location is highly potential for its proximity to Pattaya that is one of the country’s top destinations for leisure and tourism. More than 9 million tourists visit Pattaya yearly. Grand Valley Pattaya is well placed in a quiet area near tourist attractions of Pattaya and within only about 20 minutes from U-Tapao airport.”

Grand Valley Pattaya’s resort houses were designed to provide residents with private areas for relaxation. Bedrooms are clearly separated and connected through living and dining rooms where family members can happily share holiday activities.

A private swimming pool is a standard feature for each house. With its concept of “Privately Your Own Space” and slogan of “More Than Your Relaxed Mind”, Grand Valley Pattaya guarantees every holiday is full of happiness, fun and warmth. Dwellers will enjoy better impression than what conventional resort houses offer, for its more convenient location, more usable space, more natural atmosphere and more valuable regarding its future. Consequently about 50% of 43 houses at Grand Valley Pattaya were sold after they had been made available in the fourth quarter of 2015.

Mrs. Parada said the first-phase success prompted her company to start the second phase of Grand Valley Pattaya, featuring two house designs with more space and privacy for relaxation.

The first design comprises Lake View A Plus and Grand Hill A Plus. Each detached house of the Grand Hill A Plus design also has two floors but a view of Khao Chi Chan (Buddha Mountain). Usable space starts at 343 square metres. With a newly added reception hall and a wider reception room, each house consists of three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a 40-square-metre swimming pool surrounding with party space, a maid’s room and a parking lot for two vehicles.

The second design is Grand Hill C Plus featuring one-floor houses with Khao Chi Chan views. Each house of this design has usable space of 314 square metres and over. It looks more modern and spacious. Usable areas of each house are connected perfectly, including a party ground around its private swimming pool. Each house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a 40-square-metre swimming pool and a parking area for two vehicles.

The company is confident that the whole project will be sold out within 2020 for its relaxation-oriented houses and highly potential location.

The project location is greatly potential. It stands near key tourist attractions of Pattaya like Khao Chi Chan, Silverlake Vineyard, Ramayana Water Park, Cartoon Network Amazone Water Park and Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden. Besides, it is easily accessible with Sukhumvit Highway and Highway 331 which bypasses the centre of Pattaya and connects to an inter-city motorway. The potential of the project’s location grows further as the government plans the Eastern Economic Corridor Development project. The government has announced to support the project with U-Tapao airport that will become the aviation zone of the East as well as a high-speed railway that will link Don Mueang, Suvarnabhumi and U-Tapao airports,” Mrs. Parada said.
