Kham Hom Restaurant, located at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok, is kicking off the year in grand style with the launch of the 2025 Edition of Four Hands Culinary Journey. The first collaboration of the year will feature Michelin-starred Chef Charles Coulombeau flying in from France to join forces with Chef Ian Kittichai in creating an unforgettable dining experience. Together, they will blend the artistry and technique of French and Thai cuisine into a series of unique and delicious dishes.

Chef Charles Coulombeau is renowned for his contemporary French cuisine, influenced by Japanese techniques, and is the owner of the restaurant La Maison dans le Parc. This time, Chef Coulombeau will showcase creative dishes that perfectly complement the flavors of Thai cuisine from all four regions of Thailand, as served at Kham Hom Restaurant. Chef Coulombeau has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Taittinger International Culinary Prize and Gault & Millau, ensuring that every dish delivers a memorable culinary experience.

For this Four Hands Dinner, Chef Charles Coulombeau will collaborate with Chef Ian Kittichai from Kham Hom Restaurant. Chef Ian is one of Thailand’s leading chefs, and together they will present a special 7-course and 9-course menu featuring premium ingredients sourced from both Thailand and France.

The FOUR HANDS DINNER: Chef Charles Coulombeau x Chef Ian Kittichai is the debut event in the Four Hands Culinary Journey series at Kham Hom Restaurant, which will run throughout 2025. Seats for each session are limited, and reservations are highly recommended. The event will take place from Thursday, March 13 to Saturday, March 15, 2025, with dining hours from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
