Set to Transfer Two Major Projects Worth THB 10 Billion and Launches New Condo Brand “ViVi”  in Bang Tao – Fully Sold Out on Launch Day

Rom Bho Property, a subsidiary of AssetWise (ASW), is gearing up to recognize revenue from two major condominium developments in Phuket this high season—The Title Legendary Bang-Tao, which is ready for occupancy, and The Title Heritage Bang-Tao, which recently celebrated the completion of its structural construction and is set for ownership transfers in early 2026. In addition, the company launched a new condominium brand, ViVi, with a project value of THB 700 million in the prime Bang Tao area. This is our first co-development with ASW, and ownership transfers are now underway following 100% project completion.
