Plans five new projects worth over 6,130 million THB by 2028

For the first half of 2025, the company reported total revenue of 698.45 million THB and a net profit of 101.23 million THB, with a gross margin of 37.54%—reflecting efficient cost management and strong demand in the premium housing segment. The Interest Coverage Ratio stood at 3.09×, above the minimum requirement of 2.50×, indicating a stable financial position. Other financial indicators: Net IBD/E of 1.00× and Debt-to-Equity (DE) Ratio of 1.42×, both within safe thresholds for sustained growth.
As of September 30, the company held a backlog of 436 million THB, expected to be recognized progressively from Q4 onwards. Despite challenging market conditions, this backlog highlights A5’s ability to manage its project pipeline and maintain confidence among real, demand-driven customers.
A5’s previous successes include Cinq Royal Krungthep Kreetha (valued at 3,500 million THB), which sold out and transferred all units in just 2 years and 9 months—demonstrating strong brand trust. Other notable projects include VANA Ratchapruek–Westville and Cinq Royal The Eighteen Bangna KM.7, which saw favorable market reception. Building on this momentum, A5 is set to roll out a new ultra-luxury brand, “Cinquième Krungthep Kreetha” (Cinquième Bangkok Kreetha) — private pool villas.
