Recently, Mr. Nattavuth Tangkaravakoon, (3rd from left), Chairman of TOA Venture Holding Group Co., Ltd., donated 350,000 baht from the proceeds of the charity run event, “TOAVH RUN X Homes for Hornbills,” to the Hornbill Research Foundation. The donation was received by Ms. Siriwan Nakkhuntod (2nd from right) and Assistant Professor Dr. Jongdee To-im (1st from right) to support the construction of artificial nest cavities for hornbills. These nests play a crucial role in increasing the species’ breeding and survival opportunities, as well as contributing to wildlife conservation and the sustainable preservation of ecosystems. The handover took place at the activity area in Suan Luang Rama IX Park.

The charity run event, “TOAVH RUN X Homes for Hornbills,” was held at Suan Luang Rama IX Park in mid-March and attracted great interest from the public, runners, and nature enthusiasts, with a total of 1,600 participants. The race featured three categories: Mini Marathon (10 km), Fun Run (5 km), and Family Run (3 km). All participants received running shirts made from recycled plastic bottles and commemorative medals. Winners in both male and female categories were awarded prizes, along with special prizes from DON DONKI and numerous luck draw prizes. This event reflects a true commitment to promoting health, community, and environmental sustainability.
