Sansiri launches its precast business expansion into the B2B market, highlighting its strength as a One-Stop Construction Solution, capturing opportunities in Thailand’s THB 1.41 trillion construction market, with an ambitious revenue target of THB 200 million while expanding into key growth cities including Chonburi, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, and Phuket.
Unlocking limitations for smaller developers through Mass Customization with no minimum order requirement, enabling improved cash flow while partnering with leading financial institutions to strengthen financial support.
Advancing Green Precast with eco-friendly cement innovation, reducing 120,000 tons of carbon emissions annually, while conducting research on graphene-enhanced precast, a first-of-its-kind initiative to improve heat reflection performance.

Sansiri Public Company Limited has announced its 2026 precast business roadmap, elevating its offering to a One-Stop Precast Solution and expanding services to real estate developers and construction businesses. The strategy aims to capture growth opportunities in Thailand’s construction sector, which is projected to reach a total market value of THB 1.41 trillion. Sansiri aims to accelerate B2B revenue growth to THB 200 million, positioning itself as a key supporting force within Thailand’s real estate supply chain by delivering smart construction solutions.
The company is also preparing to collaborate with financial partners to strengthen liquidity support for new-generation property developers.
Thitipong Mongkolpathumrat, Senior Assistant Vice President of the Precast Concrete Manufacturing Plant at Sansiri Public Company Limited, revealed that the construction industry currently faces several challenges, including fluctuating labor costs and a shortage of skilled workers. As a result, precast concrete systems have become a key alternative solution for the industry.
Leveraging over 15 years of experience and six manufacturing plants covering more than 200 rai in Pathum Thani, Sansiri operates the largest precast production facility in Thailand’s real estate sector, with a production capacity of 5,000 units per year. The facility is ready to serve both B2B partners and B2C customers who wish to build their own homes.

“Our goal is to become a One-Stop Precast Solution provider that meets the needs of small and medium-sized developers (SMEs) requiring flexibility,” said Thitipong. “Our services cover a full range of products suitable for all types of projects including single-detached houses, semi-detached homes, townhomes, condominiums, hotels, and apartment buildings up to eight stories.”
Through a Mass Customization approach supported by automation systems, designs can be adjusted throughout the production process, allowing customized components to be manufactured without minimum order requirements (No Minimum Order). This flexibility helps developers improve cash flow and significantly accelerate construction timelines.
Construction using the precast system can reduce development time by 40–50%. For example, building a house that traditionally takes 6–8 months can now be completed within 3–5 months, enabling developers to transfer ownership and close projects faster.
The system also provides cost advantages in an environment of fluctuating labor costs, as it reduces on-site labor requirements and allows developers to maintain more precise and stable cost control per square meter compared to conventional construction methods.
Beyond delivering fast and standardized construction innovation, Sansiri aims to act as a Strategic Partner for next-generation developers by providing support in three key areas:
Collaboration with leading financial institutions to offer liquidity support and financial solutions tailored specifically for SMEs and project developers
Consultation services from the early stages of development, including land potential analysis (Site Analysis)
Product mix planning and feasibility studies to help developers assess project viability with greater accuracy
Thailand’s First Green Precast Factory
In terms of factory development, Sansiri has upgraded its facility to become Thailand’s first Green Precast Factory, responding to the growing trend of Green Construction, which is increasingly becoming a requirement for competitiveness and eligibility for Green Loans.
The company utilizes Low Carbon Concrete innovation and operates a Concrete Recycling system capable of reducing production waste by up to 98%. These initiatives align with Green Building standards as well as international certification frameworks such as LEED and BREEAM.
Sansiri has also adopted advanced digital technologies including Building Information Modeling (BIM) to automate production scheduling and enhance data analytics, improving both production speed and accuracy.
In addition, the company is conducting research and development in collaboration with King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) to develop graphene-enhanced precast concrete, which will improve insulation and heat absorption properties—an innovation expected to significantly elevate housing quality in the future.
Expansion into Major Growth Cities
Sansiri Precast plans to expand its core customer base across Bangkok and surrounding metropolitan areas, while also targeting major cities with strong industrial and real estate growth such as Chonburi, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, and Phuket.
The company delivers highly precise construction components using Semi-Automated Carousel System technology from Germany, achieving an exceptionally low reject rate of less than 0.5%. This advancement is expected to elevate Thailand’s construction standards to international levels while supporting Sansiri’s Net Zero 2050 commitment.
Advantages of Precast Construction
Precast concrete systems offer several advantages over traditional construction methods. Manufacturing takes place in controlled factory environments, ensuring consistent quality standards. Components can be produced in advance while construction sites are being prepared, significantly reducing project timelines once installation begins.
Additionally, the industrialized production process enables more accurate cost control and planning, while minimizing environmental impact at construction sites due to reduced construction waste and debris.
