“MRKREME: THE FURRYWAYS” ASIA TOUR Invites Visitors to Step into a Station of Imagination, Making Its Global Debut in Bangkok at Parc Paragon, Siam Paragon
Following the successful conclusion of the “MRKREME: THE FURRYWAYS” Thailand Tour, which received a warm welcome from audiences across five cities nationwide, the world of fluffy furry monsters from the Kooky World universe is embarking on an exciting new chapter. MRKREME (Andy Vorakarn Jongthanapipat), a Thai-Hong Kong contemporary artist, together with ARTXP, an art community driven by the concept of Art + Experience, is set to launch “MRKREME: THE FURRYWAYS” ASIA TOUR, a major traveling exhibition across Asia.
The exhibition will make its world premiere in Bangkok at Parc Paragon, Siam Paragon, from 4–19 July 2026, before continuing its journey to major cities across Asia, including Seoul, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Tokyo, and Taipei later this year.
Throughout the “MRKREME: THE FURRYWAYS” Thailand Tour, the furry monster gang transformed public spaces into interactive environments where visitors could spend time, explore, and engage closely with art. The memorable experiences and vibrant atmosphere created during the tour have become a key inspiration for this Asian expansion, bringing MRKREME’s signature contemporary pop-art creations to a wider international audience and fostering emotional connections across cultures.
For its first destination in the heart of Bangkok, visitors will be invited into “Furryways”, a station of imagination where the real world intersects with the whimsical realm of furry monsters. Through a Multi-Sensory Art Experience, MRKREME presents immersive large-scale installations, interactive characters, and design elements inspired by public transportation systems, transforming a familiar transit station into a space of discovery, connection, and shared experiences between people and art.
Upon entering the exhibition, visitors will find themselves fully immersed in the environment of Kooky World, where beloved furry monsters including Mushkin, Rosado, Corkin, Gally, and Odeys await with open arms. Guests can join them on a special train journey inspired by the New York City subway system, exploring a series of artistic installations, light and sound experiences, and interactive elements that encourage touching, discovering, and forming personal connections with the space.
Along the exhibition route, visitors will encounter a variety of engaging zones, including interactive games, family- and child-friendly activity areas, relaxing lounge spaces, showcases of MRKREME’s masterworks, and a specially designed subway carriage inspired by New York’s underground transit system. The exhibition also features immersive photo opportunities and a retail station offering exclusive licensed merchandise and collectibles, including art toys, plush dolls, and other creative items, allowing visitors to take home a piece of The Furryways experience.
The “MRKREME: THE FURRYWAYS” ASIA TOUR is proudly supported by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and partnered with Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM) as its transportation media partner. Together, they aim to connect contemporary art with public spaces and create opportunities for people to encounter art as part of their everyday journeys.
