From 24–28 June 2026, Maison Guerlain, the legendary French house of fragrance, invites perfume enthusiasts and lovers of artistry to embark on a journey through nearly two centuries of history with “GUERLAIN, PERFUMER VISIONARY SINCE 1828”, presented at One Bangkok, Level 48.
This marks the first time that a world-class Haute Parfumerie Exhibition is being presented in its full form in Thailand and Southeast Asia. The exhibition celebrates the rich heritage of Maison Guerlain through the themes of Heritage, Craftsmanship, the Art of Perfumery, and Living Beauty, combining visual art, sound, scent, and immersive experiences to reveal the spirit of Guerlain through a deeply emotional and multi-sensory journey.
As a Maison that has continuously crafted exceptional fragrances since 1828, Guerlain has curated a remarkable collection of heritage pieces, precious objects, archival materials, and contemporary creations, offering visitors an intimate exploration of the world of Haute Parfumerie.
A Historical Journey
For nearly two centuries, Maison Guerlain has shaped the legacy of French beauty through the vision and creativity of five generations of Master Perfumers. Guided by a relentless pursuit of excellence in perfumery, the Maison continues to reinterpret its heritage for contemporary audiences.
Nature remains at the heart of Guerlain’s creative process, reflected in its long-standing commitment to biodiversity conservation. The bee, the iconic symbol of the Maison, embodies continuity, responsibility, and Guerlain’s enduring relationship with the natural world.
This exhibition invites visitors to explore the Maison’s rich history through treasures from its corporate archives, historical documents, and stories behind some of its most iconic fragrances, tracing Guerlain’s evolution from past to present.
The Art of Craftsmanship
“If perfume is an art form, craftsmanship is its soul.”
Visitors will discover Guerlain’s distinctive Savoir-Faire—the art of fragrance creation and exceptional craftsmanship—through displays of Archives Collections, Pièces d’Exception, and live demonstrations by skilled artisans within an elegant gallery-inspired setting enhanced by flowers, light, and artistic installations.
One of the exhibition’s highlights is the story of the Dames de Table, the highly skilled artisans at Guerlain’s production facilities in France. Their meticulous expertise has preserved and elevated the Maison’s standards of craftsmanship for nearly two centuries.
Contemporary Creations
L’Art & La Matière represents the contemporary vision of Maison Guerlain, where artistic inspiration meets the world’s most precious raw materials to create distinctive and refined Haute Parfumerie masterpieces.
The exhibition showcases several fragrances particularly beloved by Thai fragrance enthusiasts, highlighting the unique connection between Guerlain and its admirers through the universal language of scent.
The Art of Composition
At the heart of this section lies “Guerlinade,” the Maison’s signature olfactory identity. Visitors will discover the art of fragrance composition through the accords that have shaped Guerlain’s most iconic creations.
Beyond learning about the perfume-making process, guests will have the opportunity to create their own accords through an interactive experience that explores the relationship between scent, memory, and imagination—much like a composer arranging notes into a symphony.
Because in the world of Guerlain, every fragrance tells a story, and every story has its own melody.
To bring the universe of Guerlinade vividly to life, this section also presents an immersive and interactive installation titled “Have You Ever Listened to a Perfume?” Through the integration of scent, sound, and visuals using Projection Mapping and Fan Kinetic Scenography, visitors are invited to experience fragrance through an entirely new sensory dimension.
Art de Vivre
For Guerlain, beauty extends far beyond fragrance and permeates every aspect of life.
The Art de Vivre space reflects this philosophy through displays of Les Eaux de Toilette, personalization services, fragrance layering and customization experiences, as well as premium home fragrance and gifting collections that embody the Maison’s refined lifestyle.
A special highlight is Silpin Café by Guerlain, a bespoke space designed for relaxation, social connection, and the celebration of Art de Vivre through carefully curated food, beverages, and an atmosphere that seamlessly blends the Maison’s heritage with contemporary living.
Guests are invited to spend time immersed in the world of Guerlain and its timeless vision of beauty.
Contemporary Artistic Collaboration
For this exhibition, Guerlain has collaborated with internationally acclaimed Thai contemporary artist O-Theerawat Thiankhaprasit to create a special artwork titled “Guerlinade Queens.”
Inspired by the iconic Bee Bottle, a symbol of Maison Guerlain since the 19th century, the work reinterprets the historic design as a contemporary sculpture that harmoniously combines architecture, art, and craftsmanship.
The centrepiece consists of six detachable bee sculptures, each representing one of the essential ingredients of the Guerlinade accord: Jasmine, Iris, Rose, Vanilla, Bergamot, Tonka Bean
Together, these six notes form the olfactory signature that has defined Maison Guerlain for nearly two centuries. Through this remarkable artistic interpretation, the essence of Haute Parfumerie is transformed into a tangible and visually captivating experience.
