Singha Estate has launched “Eyse,” a brand-new condominium in the heart of Sukhumvit embracing urban lifestyle under the concept “The Hidden Treasure”.

Nattavuth Mathayomchan, chief residential development officer of Singha Estate said that 80% of all development projects in the market are currently driven by large-sized property developers. High-end segments are exhibiting a steady expansion and drawing great attention from those who are looking for residence and investment.

However, with a limited number of venues for such projects, high demand for a location next to a main street or the Skytrain, and a steady increase in land prices, a new trend has emerged where low-rise condominiums projects are being developed in sois in the city centre. Seizing this opportunity, Singha Estate has launched a new luxury low-rise condominium brand “Else,” which highlights privacy and a larger utility space for superior living experience. This project is designed to accommodate Thai and international customers with insights into living needs as well as those looking to invest in high-potential real estate.

“The main target group is residential buyers, dividing into three major groups by age range and lifestyle:

Single adults, who wants to have more space, more privacy and freedom in their life;

Small families with young kids who are looking for a city condo location which is closer to school and office area;

Early-stage retirees who are used to own larger houses out of town and begin to feel that it is difficult to take care of by themselves. So, they look for a convenient and secured living conditions and easy maintenance.

For investors, most of whom are thoughtful investors or those investing in projects with concepts that appeal to them. They tend to make a long-term rather than short-term investment,” adds Nattavuth.

Nattavuth concludes that Singha Estate’s current luxury condominium portfolio includes both high-rise and low-rise condominiums. In the past three years, the company has launched three THE ESSE projects, namely THE ESSE Asoke, THE ESSE at SINGHA COMPLEX and THE ESSE Sukhumvit 36, with a combined worth of Bt15 billion.

These first three development projects have been received with positive feedback from both Thai and international clients with an approximate sales rate of 80%. With such a great success, EYSE Sukhumvit 43 has been provided more alternatives for prospective customers. Singha Estate has planned at least three development projects per year in the future, focusing on prospective residents and investors in the luxury market.

Located in Sukhumvit Soi 43, the first Singha Estate low-rise project is just 550 metres from Phrom Phong BTS and EmQuartier. Situated on almost 2 rai, the seven-story condominium comprises two buildings with a total of 107 units.

The “EYSE Sukhumvit 43” starts at 13.99 million baht per unit. The construction of EYSE has already began with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The show residence is next to Thonglor BTS station.
