Saturday 12th December, Sisaran Group launched their latest project ECOresort near Bang Saray Beach.

The Tropical themed Eco launch, aptly named TropEco Party was a resounding success as many agents, clients and VIPs came out to celebrate with the multi-award winning Sisaran Group on the launch of their 5th project.

Guest’s and staff partied into the night to live music and DJs whilst sipping Tropical themed cocktails at the rooftop venue.

Sisaran Group is famed for their CSR work and involvement in the local community of Bang Saray and that was evident at the launch.

ECOresort

ECO Resort is a continuation of Sisaran’s “ECO” brand which focuses on sustainability, health, and wellness. ECO Resort takes this concept to a new level with state-of-the-art designs and technology to provide residents with an unparalleled level of comfort and wellness. The project’s sustainable approach aims to bring people closer to nature and emphasizes the conveniences of resort-style living.

This new resort-style project consists of 262 units split across two buildings that surround a lagoon swimming pool with a central island. The project has already won multiple awards for unique sustainable design and ECO-friendly features. ECO Resort makes use of passive environmental design including green walls, vertical gardens, solar shading, and wind tunnels to reduce heat gain and energy consumption. These features in combination with roof gardens, indoor trees, and other landscaping elements use nature to improve air quality and create pollution barriers. Additional ECO features include solar panels, insulation, thermal cladding, energy, and water-saving appliances.
