Embracing Hyatt’s food philosophy, “Food. Thoughtfully Sourced. Carefully Served.”, the curated wellness menus highlight responsibly sourced ingredients from local Thai farmers, reinforcing Hyatt’s commitment to sustainability while delivering authentic flavors. Thai classics such as Pad Thai, Gai Yang, and Mango Sticky Rice have been given a mindful makeover, with reduced sugar and added fiber, along with pasture-raised beef and chicken from organic farms across Thailand. Western comfort dishes, including whole grain pizzas topped with local organic vegetables, nutrient-packed pastas, and low-sugar desserts, are also elevated, showcasing a seamless fusion of wellness, flavor, and sustainability.

“At Hyatt, we see wellbeing as the ultimate realization of our purpose – to care for people so they can be their best. We are committed to providing meaningful wellbeing experiences designed to support our guests and customers in pursuit of healthy, happy, and fulfilled lives. Align with our food philosophy, “Food. Thoughtfully Sourced. Carefully Served.’, we are excited to support the wellbeing journey of diners through curated culinary experiences that are both delicious and nourishing,” says Christophe Sadones, Vice President, Food & Beverage, Events & Product Development, Asia Pacific, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.

The ‘Be More Foodie: Mindful Indulgence’ campaign aligns with shifting consumer attitudes towards food, as diners increasingly recognize the impact of their choices on both health and the environment. According to a Euromonitor survey, 1 in 4 Thais are actively managing their diet, with 65% prioritizing health-conscious ingredients and 41% focusing on nutritional labels. This shift towards mindful living highlights the demand for convenient, health-conscious solutions that fit seamlessly into busy lifestyles.
Sandra Lim, certified nutritionist adds, “Collaborating with Hyatt, we unite culinary art with nutritional science to make mindful eating accessible and enjoyable. Our team of nutritionists, chefs, bartenders, and wellness advisor collaborate to craft dishes and drinks that are both appetizing and beneficial for health. Mindful indulgence is not just about sticking to salads or grain bowls. It’s about enjoying your favorite dishes while knowing they have been thoughtfully prepared with your health and sustainability in mind.”
The Mindful Indulgence offerings are now available at restaurants, bars and lounges at eight Hyatt properties in Thailand — Park Hyatt Bangkok, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit, Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit, Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach, Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort, Hyatt Regency Koh Samui, and Hyatt Regency Hua Hin.

“As a substantial portion of our hotel revenue is driven by our F&B business, with our restaurants and bars serving as the heart and soul of our hotels, this latest campaign in Thailand is part of our ongoing commitment to each guest’s wellbeing and to providing unforgettable experiences,” says Sadones.
Earlier this year, Hyatt launched “Be More Here”, a new global brand platform to encourage guests to immerse in meaningful experiences rooted in care. Whether encouraging guests to “Be More Foodie,” “Be More Immersed,” “Be More Celebrated”, “Be More Wanderlust” or “Be More Family,” the “Be More Here” platform marks a new way for Hyatt to demonstrate care through its growing portfolio and unique experiences across the Asia Pacific region and its global portfolio.
