City Dynamic Co., Ltd., a joint venture between City Realty and Swire Properties, has announced the appointment of RITTA as the main contractor for its ultra-luxury freehold residential developments located on Wireless Road. This appointment marks the official commencement of the superstructure construction works for Upper House Residences Bangkok and The Wireless Residences by Upper House.
RITTA will be responsible for the full construction scope of both developments, which will rise to heights of 213.6 metres and 283.2 metres, respectively. Construction is currently progressing according to schedule, with the first phase targeted for completion from 2029 onward. The developments are set to establish a new benchmark for luxury living in Bangkok.
City Dynamic and RITTA have also jointly signed a Joint Safety Charter, reaffirming their shared commitment to the Zero Harm philosophy. This initiative places the highest priority on safety, health, and well-being across all construction processes, fostering a working culture that values workers, partners, and surrounding communities.
