At LVMH, excellence has always gone hand in hand with responsibility, in a virtuous circle where business discipline and societal commitments mutually reinforce one another over time, regardless of the economic and geopolitical environment in which the Group operates.

Each year, the publication of its Social and Environmental Responsibility Report provides an opportunity to present this approach in the round: the progress made, the challenges that remain, and an ambition that continues to grow stronger. It reflects a tangible reality: sustainability is now fully embedded in its strategy and is helping drive the transformation of all its activities.

In 2025, this ambition came fully into its own with the completion of LVMH’s 2020-2025 social responsibility roadmap, in line with the Group’s long-term vision and our “People at Heart” approach, which places the women and men of LVMH at the center of our performance. This momentum was reflected in the continued development of employees’ skills and career paths, with nearly 19,000 internal moves and 82% of employees receiving training. It is also visible in the progress achieved in diversity and inclusion: 50% of key positions are now held by women, and the proportion of employees with disabilities exceeded the 2% target. Meanwhile, the LVMH Métiers d’Excellence continued to showcase the Group’s exceptional savoir-faire, particularly among younger generations.

This commitment can also be seen in the Group’s societal engagement: in 2025, nearly 69,000 employees took action to support more than 2.5 million people. The LIVE, L’Institut des Vocations pour l’Emploi, program continued to expand for people who have been out of work for an extended period, and now includes seven campuses, supports 700 people each year and achieves a return-to-work rate of over 80%.

On the environmental front, and driven by its LIFE 360 roadmap, in 2025, the Group helped preserve or regenerate more than 4.3 million hectares of natural habitats, while 41% of the materials used in its products and packaging now come from recycled sources or eco-designed initiatives. These results reflect the progress of its circularity strategy and, more broadly, the transformation of its production models and sourcing practices, without ever compromising on quality.

The year 2025 also marked a new structuring milestone with the update of the Group’s carbon trajectory, validated by the SBTi. This trajectory sets targets for absolute reductions of 68% for scopes 1 and 2, 27% for scope 3 emissions related to agriculture and 23% for scope 3 emissions from industrial processes, compared with 2023. The Triple A awarded by the CDP recognizes the rigor of this approach and confirms a deeper shift: growth is now decoupled from carbon footprint at LVMH. Nothing lasting is built alone: through the LIFE 360 Business Partners program, the Group is engaging its partners and suppliers, because this is the scale at which meaningful transformation happens.

The Report also highlights concrete initiatives across the Maisons, where social and environmental commitments come together in meaningful ways. With the launch of its “Resilient Threads” program, Loro Piana has introduced a holistic approach designed to support cashmere cooperatives while helping preserve the exceptional biodiversity of the Mongolian steppes. Likewise, the Bvlgari Manifattura in Italy, now expanded to 33,000 square meters, reflects a vision of excellence that brings together innovation, transmission of savoir-faire and responsible production, in service of Made in Italy.

Lastly, there is one dimension of our commitment that speaks as much to emotion as to impact: art and culture. In 2025, the Fondation Louis Vuitton celebrated its 11th anniversary, surpassing 11 million visitors since opening. The David Hockney retrospective attracted more than 900,000 visitors, confirming LVMH’s determination to making art accessible to the widest possible audience. The Group also continued to support the preservation of Notre-Dame de Paris, notably through the restoration of 16 statues and the spire, helping safeguard a landmark of major cultural significance. LVMH also continued to champion emerging talent through the LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers, which embodies its long-term commitment to contemporary creation and transmission.

Through this Report, LVMH reaffirms a vision of performance that combines excellence, responsibility and long-term commitment. This ambition has also been accompanied by stronger governance, with the creation of a Comité Vigilance tasked with guiding the Group’s action onethics, human rights and the environmental matters, both within LVMH and across the value chains of its Maisons.
