Oasis, the all-day restaurant at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, has launched a new Sunday brunch buffet, with a large selection of Thai, Asian and international food, and a combination of hot, cold, and live serving stations.

Served between 12.30 and 15.30, the price will be Bt1,250++ for adults, and Bt625++ for children up to the age of 12. Children under six will eat free of charge.

The buffet includes seafood on ice including tiger prawns, Australian black mussels, snow crab and oysters, with a selection of dipping sauces such as tartar, chilli, and wasabi mayo.

The Japanese station includes sushi and sashimi, there will be a choice of salads and garnishes. a live egg station, and a section devoted to European cheeses and cold cuts.

 

 

On the grill station chefs will prepare a selection of meats and seafood, while the hot station includes items such as nasi goreng, phad Thai, beef tenderloin, roasted duck, crackling pork belly and stir-fried seafood.

Guests with a sweet tooth will not want to miss the patisserie, which serves a great range of fresh bakes and desserts including strawberry mille feuille, chocolate pudding, raspberry éclair, and passion fruit cheesecake.

A full range of world wines and cocktails is available additionally.

Oasis is located at the lower lobby level of the resort’s south tower, opposite the entrance to the jungle water park. It has both indoor and outdoor seating.
