Officially opened in January 2025, it marks AWC’s first project in Pattaya under the The Aquatique Destinations Pattaya mega mixed-use flagship project. AWC has invested over 30 billion baht in this project, with 2 billion baht allocated specifically for the development of Meliá Pattaya Hotel.
