A Seasonal Culinary Experience Inspired by Charles Dickens’ Classic Masterpiece

Gaggan at Louis Vuitton, the world-class fine-dining destination located on the 2nd floor of Gaysorn Amarin, introduces its special winter menu “Winter’s Carol” in celebration of the festive season. The menu draws inspiration from A Christmas Carol, the iconic 19th-century literary masterpiece by Charles Dickens, reimagined through a contemporary culinary lens.

Created by Chef Vix Rathour, Head Chef of Gaggan at Louis Vuitton, Winter’s Carol translates the warmth, nostalgia, and spirit of transformation found in Dickens’ classic tale into an immersive dining experience. The menu highlights the finest seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully combined with carefully selected locally grown produce, reflecting both craftsmanship and respect for seasonality.

Available from December 2025 through February 2026, Winter’s Carol offers guests a choice between an 8-course lunch menu and an 11-course dinner menu. Each course is designed as part of a cohesive narrative, seamlessly blending flavor, texture, and storytelling to deliver an elevated gastronomic journey beyond taste alone.

Gaggan at Louis Vuitton operates daily from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM, excluding Tuesdays and Wednesdays. To accommodate the festive period, the restaurant will open daily from 16 December 2025 to 7 January 2026.
