Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) is accelerating the completion and handover of Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit, a super-luxury condominium project valued at more than THB 6.5 billion. The development is backed by approximately THB 2.8 billion in project financing from Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), supporting the project’s completion and the planned transfer of ownership to homeowners within next year.

Assada Kaeokhiao, Chief Operating Officer of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), said that construction of Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit has now progressed to more than 80% completion. The structural works have been fully completed, while architectural finishes, building systems installation, and interior fit-out are currently underway. The project remains on schedule for handover to purchasers, enabling the company to begin recognizing revenue in the first quarter of 2027.
Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit is a 37-storey high-rise super-luxury condominium comprising 287 residential units, with a total project value exceeding THB 6.5 billion. Located on Sukhumvit Road, the development enjoys excellent connectivity and convenient access to urban amenities, situated approximately 250 metres from BTS Ekkamai Station.


The project has been developed under the concept of “Nurturing Multi-Generational Living,” promoting harmonious living for multiple generations within the same family. The concept is reflected in thoughtfully designed residences, premium facilities, lifestyle and wellness services, and advanced technologies that cater to the needs of family members of all ages.
