SCOPE Company Limited, Thailand’s leading ultra-luxury real estate developer, has announced the complete sell-out of all 53 two-bedroom residences at SCOPE Langsuan, reflecting sustained demand from high-net-worth buyers and reinforcing the resilience of the ultra-luxury residential market despite broader economic headwinds and a softer property market.
Prior to the sell-out, the project had seen significant interest from prospective purchasers, with a substantial number of buyers in the decision-making stage. However, heightened economic uncertainty prompted many to temporarily postpone their purchases despite having genuine buying intent. As economic conditions and investor confidence gradually improved, this pent-up demand translated into confirmed sales, resulting in the complete sell-out of all two-bedroom residences.
The milestone highlights the continued strength of demand among ultra-high-net-worth individuals for premium residential assets, particularly freehold properties in Langsuan, one of Bangkok’s most prestigious and supply-constrained addresses.

To date, SCOPE Langsuan has achieved cumulative sales of more than THB 9.7 billion out of the project’s total value of THB 9.8 billion, representing over 99% of total project value. The achievement reflects buyers’ confidence in the project’s exceptional quality, prime location, and enduring investment potential.
The strong sales performance also underscores a broader shift in buyer preferences. Today’s affluent purchasers are looking beyond luxury alone, placing greater emphasis on holistic well-being, superior quality of life, and long-term value.
