The event brings together luxury and super-luxury residences from Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket, as well as premium residential investment opportunities in London.
As one of Thailand’s most comprehensive luxury residential showcases, the event spans detached houses in sought-after locations such as Ekkamai-Ramintra, Ratchaphruek, Bang Na and Krungthep Kreetha, and prestigious condominiums in Bangkok’s prime residential districts of Langsuan, Asoke and Thonglor. It also features exclusive vacation homes and branded residences in leading resort destinations, including Wong Amat Beach in Pattaya, as well as Bang Tao, Layan, Ao Makham-Panwa and Rawai in Phuket. In addition, attendees can explore world-class residential developments in London. Whether buying for personal use or long-term investment, visitors will find a diverse range of offerings under one roof, complemented by event-only promotions from leading developers and business partners.

Market Insights

Ms. Artitaya Kasemlawan, Head of Residential Sales – Project, CBRE Thailand, said: According to CBRE Research, demand for luxury and super-luxury housing remains resilient, with a combined sales rate of 62% in the first half of 2026, in line with the pace of new launches and market absorption since 2022.
“In downtown Bangkok’s luxury and super-luxury market, completed projects have achieved an average sales rate of 93%, while projects under construction average 84%. These figures reflect the continued confidence of Thai and international high-net-worth buyers in the long-term value of premium residential assets in Thailand.”
Ms. Artitaya added: “Phuket is no longer driven by tourism alone. The island has become a global destination, attracting owner-occupiers, investors and a growing number of high-net-worth individuals from around the world. In the condominium segment priced from THB 8 million, most supply is concentrated on the west coast (central), particularly in Layan and Bang Tao. These areas remain highly sought after for their accessibility, proximity to Phuket International Airport, beaches and international-standard amenities.
“Reflecting this demand, average sales performance in Phuket’s condominium market rose 11% year-on-year in the first half of 2026, reaching a record high. The luxury villa market also continues to perform strongly, with sales up more than 50% year-on-year, driven by buyers seeking both holiday homes and long-term investments.”

Chonburi, Thailand’s second-largest condominium market after Bangkok and its metropolitan area, continues to strengthen its position as one of the country’s most promising residential markets. According to CBRE, growing demand in Pattaya has driven sustained expansion of the premium condominium segment, defined as projects with an average unit value above THB 6 million. New supply in this segment rose by more than 83% year-on-year in 2025, concentrated mainly in Wong Amat, which is highly sought after by owner-occupiers and investors alike.
Pattaya’s condominium market has also maintained stable demand with low volatility, reflecting a consistent and sustainable buyer base. This resilience is supported by industrial expansion, infrastructure investment and urban development across the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), which further strengthen the region’s long-term growth prospects.

Ms. Pitchakorn Meesak, Senior Executive Vice President – Global Network, SC Asset Corporation, stated that at CBRE ELITE LIVING 2026, SC will showcase a carefully curated selection of luxury residential projects across prime locations, distinguished by exceptional design and innovative living concepts, alongside exclusive offers available only during the event.
“SC has chosen to participate in CBRE ELITE LIVING 2026 in recognition of CBRE’s strong potential as a key partner with extensive expertise in the luxury real estate market and a strong network of high-potential Thai and international buyers, which closely aligns with SC’s target customer segments. This collaboration brings together the strengths of both organizations, combining CBRE’s market expertise and client base with SC’s portfolio of luxury residential developments and the extensive Property Partner network of Global Partners Club (GPC). Together, we aim to expand our reach to high-potential buyers seeking properties for both residential and investment purposes, while creating new opportunities for mutual business growth.”
Global Partners Club (GPC), Thailand’s first pioneer and leader in developing property partner networks, is committed to continuously supporting and fostering business growth alongside its partners. Since its establishment in 2019, GPC has expanded its network to more than 2,000 Property Partners across Thailand and international markets, with a target of growing the network to 3,000 partners by 2027. Sales generated through the network have grown from THB 600 million in 2019 to THB 9 billion in 2025, reflecting the strength of its partner network and its significant role in driving SC’s business growth.

GPC provides comprehensive support to its partners through four key pillars: Application, a digital platform offering project information, promotions, and real-time sales tracking; Activities, including Open House events and project visits designed to enhance partners’ product knowledge and understanding; Advisors, a dedicated team of sales consultants providing information, sales tools, and multilingual support; and Achievements, partner success programs such as the Legendary Campaign, Loyalty Program through GPC Tiers, and Incentive Trips, designed to motivate partners and strengthen long-term business relationships.
Another key advantage is GPC’s commitment to commission payments within 14 days, reinforcing partner confidence and enhancing business agility. This reflects SC’s commitment to becoming the top-of-mind developer among property partners by providing comprehensive support that enables partners to confidently present SC’s residential developments and continuously drive sales growth.
“We believe that our collaboration with CBRE will further strengthen both organizations’ capabilities to reach luxury homebuyers, create new business opportunities, and elevate the homebuying experience with residential offerings that meet both lifestyle and investment needs,” Ms. Pitchakorn concluded.
