The uber chic Aman Nai Lert Bangkok building comprises branded residences and a luxury hotel – slated for opening in the third quarter of 2024.

An emerald jewel amid the embassies of Lumpini, Nai Lert Park rests in green seclusion on iconic Wireless Road. Home to a privileged few, the residences will shape a new community within the elite global network of like-minded individuals fully invested in the Aman lifestyle.

Legacy

Known as Thailand’s first and foremost developer, Nai Lert, as Lert Sreshthaputra was known, founded his eponymous company in 1894. From revolutionising Thai daily life with the introduction of ice, to establishing the first five-star hotel in Bangkok, Nai Lert was a visionary and pioneer in every way.

Today it is his great-granddaughter, the renowned Naphaporn Bodiratnangkura, who runs his empire under the flag of the Nai Lert Group. It is her vision that will see Aman Nai Lert Residences rise from the private oasis that is Nai Lert Park, one of her great-grandfather’s greatest achievements.

A sanctuary

An emerald jewel amid the embassies of Lumpini, Nai Lert Park rests in green seclusion on iconic Wireless Road.

Here it has flourished since 1915, when Nai Lert acquired this tract of pristine jungle. His purpose was to build a home – now a heritage museum on the property – but ultimately to preserve its natural beauty in perpetuity.

Soon residences of unmatched style and luxury will rise from its leafy canopy alongside a 52-suite Aman hotel.

Residences

It is not just their unique natural setting in Bangkok’s urban core that will set Aman Nai Lert Residences apart.

With no more than 50 residences over 18 floors, each will offer an abundance of space – up to 127 square metres for one-bedroom apartments and 2,200 square metres for four-bedroom penthouses.

Most will feature private terraces and 3.2-metre ceilings, and all will offer breathtaking park and city views. The finest natural materials will complement exquisitely designed furniture, creating an environment at the pinnacle of taste and comfort.

Of course, residents will have access to exclusive resident-only facilities, some of which include a private dining room and lounge, a garden lounge with a library and business centre, and a private infinity swimming pool perched on the 30th floor. There will also be a private Aman fitness centre and yoga/pilates studio, as well as a kid’s club and children’s swimming pool for the little ones. Naturally, all residents can also enjoy the perks of the Aman Nai Lert Bangkok Hotel, such as access to the Holistic Wellness Centre and all its facilities, as well as the Nai Lert Butlers, “away from home” maintenance, and dining services.
