November is shaping up to be a wonderful month indeed!

Not only has Thailand officially opened to many international tourists, it’s the time of year where we can look forward to spending quality time with our friends and family amidst the cool Thai winter and celebrate Loy Krathong night together.

On top, of that in October Monsoon Valley wine received 2 GOLDs medals, 4 SILVERs medals and there winery received the coveted National Producer of the Year award from the prestigious AWC Vienna International Wine Challenge, underscoring their status as Thailand’s premier home-grown world-class wine.

Lastly, as part of the ongoing effort to support wildlife recovery, Siam Winery’s owner, Mr. Chalerm Yoovidhya and his family donated 3M THB to Save Elephant Foundation, the funds which will go towards caring for elephants and all the thousands of animals under the foundation’s loving care.

The Save The Elephant Foundation run by the internationally renowned Sangduen “Lek” Chailert. Her love and passion is responsible for having over 1,500 Elephants under the care of her organization.

For this special date, Siam Winery has started a series of donations of 500,000 Baht per month, with a total of 3MB to be given to the organization until the end of the year.

Over the last 8 months, Khun Sangduen has been very helpful in advising our own elephant sanctuary and giving us guidance on how we can keep a safe and healthy environment for them.
