Since its launch back in February 2015, The Riviera Group owners Winston and Sukanya Gale promised a new Landmark Condominium project in Jomtien. Fast forward to 2019, we can now come and see for ourselves with their Thank You Party held this month.
The date;
Saturday 20th July, which they will host, what I expect to be Party of the Year (based upon there previous celebration parties). Planned is the usual entertainment of Live bands, Famous faces, Fashion show, Aqua show and the usual high-end food and drinks provided by Avani.
Everyone is welcome, with a registered start from 5pm onwards. As for location (if you didn’t know), simply drive down Jomtien 2nd Road until you come across a huge building with the words “Riviera’ running down the building, equally as large and dramatic as the project itself. Its nicknamed Jomtien’s new landmark for a reason, you can even see it from the highway coming into Pattaya miles away.
With so many projects being launched in the last 18 months, it’s actually great timing for Pattaya’s real estate market to have such a significant project finishing after the 5 years since its launch. This kind of mega project takes time to build, this project ‘Thank You’ party like The Riviera Wongamat’s 2 years ago, will certainly be encouraging visitors to explore the project on the evening with access to all the buildings facilities.
